6月9日，杭州市住房保障和房产管理局发布消息，进一步明确“四个不得”，严厉整治商品住房销售中以“养老”名义进行虚假宣传等涉诈隐患。一，不得在商品住房销售中以“老年社区”“老年公寓”“养老基地”“养老山庄”等“养老”名义虚假宣传、诱骗老年人购买；二，不得以售后包租、以租代售、返本销售等方式，或以承诺投资回报丰厚等手段诱骗老年人购房；三，不得代理以“养老投资”“养老地产”为名违法虚假宣传的销售项目；四，不得在售楼部、机构门店、企业官网、第三方房源发布平台等发布以“养老”为名的虚假房源销售信息。
